The role is for an SDET / QA Automation Lead to establish a scalable test automation system for an ITSM / ITAM product. The position focuses on increasing automated coverage, integrating tests into CI/CD, and helping the QA team transition toward automation.
About the Product
The company builds an ITSM / ITAM solution available as both SaaS and on-premise. The engineering team has approximately 30 engineers and includes legacy components and newer .NET-based services.
Responsibilities
- Own the test automation approach and evolve it into a structured, scalable system
- Improve the reliability of existing automation, expand coverage, and introduce clear patterns and best practices
- Increase automated coverage of critical user journeys
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with the QA team and support their transition toward automation
