BTSE is hiring an OTC Sales Manager to develop institutional and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships in the crypto OTC market and manage customized trading strategies and execution. The role is remote in Asia, full-time, with compensation of USD 3,000–6,000 per month plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with family offices, banks, exchanges, brokers, venture capital firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and ultra-high-net-worth individual clients.
- Work with clients on customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders, including on-ramp, off-ramp, and block trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
- Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand the OTC trading business.
- Coordinate client onboarding with the compliance team and quote and trade with clients under company risk management policies.
Conditions
Full-time remote position for candidates in Asia.
Compensation: USD 3,000–6,000 per month, consisting of salary and commission.
