Kaz Minerals (VCM) is seeking an IT Site Manager to lead IT operations and digital enablement at its production site in Ust`-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. The role is on-site with a 5/2 schedule and focuses on IT services, infrastructure, local technology initiatives, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local IT support services and ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Operate, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve site IT infrastructure in line with corporate architecture, governance, and standards.
- Coordinate approval of significant infrastructure changes with the corporate IT organization.
- Develop and enhance local applications and IT services and support the rollout of corporate technology solutions.
- Gather, document, prioritize, and manage local business technology requirements.
- Maintain the local IT initiative portfolio and technology roadmap in alignment with business priorities and corporate IT strategy.
- Coordinate local IT and automation projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive business readiness and value realization from technology and digital initiatives.
Conditions
The position is based on-site in Ust`-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan, with a 5/2 schedule.
