Mojam is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help several engineering teams improve delivery speed, planning, execution, and predictability without sacrificing quality. The role involves delivery process improvement, risk management, facilitation, metrics, and collaboration with Product Managers and Lead Engineers.
What to Do During your first stage
- Partner with several engineering teams to improve delivery, planning, and execution
- Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and systemic issues
- Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews, and retros when needed
- Track delivery metrics and help teams improve predictability
- Work closely with Product Managers and Lead Engineers
- Improve Jira workflows and operational processes
- Increase transparency around delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
