What you'll do

• Design and build services and subsystems end-to-end
• Architectural decisions: patterns, contracts, performance optimization
• Mentor middle developers
• Own code quality through reviews and technical strategy
• Work with observability and monitoring stack
• Coordinate across domain teams on cross-cutting concerns

What we expect

• 4+ years commercial experience with TypeScript + Node.js
• Microservices design experience (gRPC, event-driven patterns)
• Deep React + Next.js knowledge
• Advanced PostgreSQL (query optimization, read replicas)
• Redis and message brokers (NATS/RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Mentoring track record

Nice to have

• Nx monorepo experience
• Ansible, Terraform, or other IaC
• iGaming or fintech domain
• Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Tempo)
• Financial transaction patterns (idempotency, reconciliation)

Working format and compensation

• Remote
• Full-time
• Salary: $1500 - $3500
