The company is looking for a Project Manager to maintain and optimize custody products and services, develop product roadmaps, and manage projects from planning through delivery. The role is office-based at Esentai Tower with a Monday–Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and optimize custody products and services across the company’s operations.
Research financial market and securities industry trends and conduct competitor and market analysis.
Map customer journeys and develop target-state models.
Define product and service vision and enhancement roadmaps.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency and monitor product performance metrics.
- Participate in product and service testing throughout all project stages.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, task decomposition, execution control, risk management, status reporting, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product optimization and project implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate external vendors and partners, including contract management and compliance monitoring.
