What you'll do
- Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
- Lead and develop a team of moderators and managers.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Build and execute a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
- Drive AI-driven moderation initiatives and operational excellence.
