Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end People Analytics across the employee lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, time-off trends, and turnover predictors.
- Support HR budget execution, resource forecasting, and headcount modeling.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards for stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across internal HR systems and integrations.
