Softblink is looking for a second 3D Animator to create wholesome 3D animated YouTube Shorts in the style of Zack D Films. The role includes animating eight 30-second videos per month and adding music and sound effects, with potential to scale to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Animate 3D YouTube Shorts based on provided scripts and AI voiceovers
- Create eight 30-second videos per month
- Add music and sound effects
Conditions
Remote work with a flexible schedule.
Compensation is $450–$1,200 per month, including base pay and bonuses.
Month 1 compensation is $50 per video for eight videos plus a $50 consistency bonus.
From Month 2, compensation changes to a fixed salary plus a $100 consistency bonus.
A $50 bonus is paid for each video reaching more than 10 million views.
Full-time potential is $1,000–$1,200 per month as the channel scales.
Company
Animator #1 has already been hired, and this role is intended to complete the team.
There is a potential growth path to Team Lead as the team scales.
