- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, client events, and internal engagement activities.
- Centralize and standardize event planning processes across the firm.
- Manage stakeholder communication and align event objectives with business priorities.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, venues, and external agencies.
- Develop events into a structured and measurable communications channel supporting brand visibility and relationship building.
- Oversee multiple events simultaneously and balance competing priorities and deadlines.
- Implement best practices and frameworks to improve event delivery.
- Deliver professional and engaging events.
Conditions
Full-time onsite position in Amsterdam.
