Elixi is looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across IT, Product and Operations and support the company’s international growth. The role is based in Dubai or can be performed remotely from Europe, Cyprus or Central Asia.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across IT, Product and Operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through social media, niche platforms and other channels.
- Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback and overall candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS and other HR systems.

Office location: Dubai. Remote work is available from Europe, Cyprus and Central Asia.
