paytech is looking for a Middle+ QA specialist to improve product quality and test mission-critical financial flows, including balances, payouts, settlements, refunds, and payment-provider integrations. The role combines manual testing with commercial test automation and is based in Limassol in an office or hybrid format.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from requirements analysis and design review to release verification and production monitoring.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of financial flows.
Validate financial logic including balances, fees, commissions, settlements, payouts, refunds, and reversals.
Validate database data including balances, ledgers, transactions, and reconciliation.
Create and maintain backend and frontend automated regression tests.
Maintain test documentation such as test cases, checklists, regression packs, and test reports。参与 release activities including pre-release validation and post-deploy smoke checks. Investigate production incidents and participate in root cause analysis. Improve QA processes, test coverage, and quality gates.
