An experienced Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer is sought for a long-term international IT project. The role is remote, project-based, and requires German at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders
- Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
- Collaborate with the development team on the implementation and improvement of an FAQ Bot
- Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality and user experience
- Support release planning, testing, and project documentation
