Responsibilities
- Lead and support the L&D team and drive measurable outcomes.
- Align learning initiatives with business priorities.
- Turn ambiguous requests into structured development goals and delivery plans.
- Build frameworks for learning investments and development needs.
- Use data, surveys and business signals to evaluate learning impact.
- Develop leadership and individual learning systems.
- Explore AI-enabled learning and new digital L&D formats.
