We are looking for an Automation Test Manager / QA Lead to define and drive an enterprise-level automation testing strategy across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA, Tricentis Tosca, automation governance, and leadership of a team of six automation engineers and test analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise automation testing strategy
- Increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort across multiple programs
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for SAP S/4HANA, mobile, web, and Delphi applications
- Implement automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled testing tools
- Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues and drive root-cause resolution
- Manage automation planning, test execution, defect management, reporting, and quality metrics
- Lead and mentor a team of six automation engineers and test analysts
- Collaborate with business, development, workstream, and country teams
- Establish automation governance, standards, best practices, and KPI tracking
- Coach and introduce automation practices across different workstreams and country teams
- Support resource planning and workload management
- Build a culture of quality engineering and continuous improvement
