IREV is hiring a Lead QA Engineer to expand and maintain automated test coverage for its SaaS platform powering digital marketing solutions. The role combines QA team leadership, hands-on testing, test process improvement, and reliability work in a remote or Limassol-based format.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team and implement testing strategies across all stages of software development.
- Improve production quality and perform regular quality control.
- Design, develop, and oversee test cases and test plans.
- Conduct hands-on testing, report defects, and monitor their resolution.
- Develop and improve QA processes and documentation.
- Use and promote Postman, Jira, QA Sphere, and JMeter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze system specifications to determine quality requirements and ensure compliance.
- Manage test data and environments for robust testing conditions.
