BloomFi is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead the day-to-day management and strategic growth of its financial platform for crypto users. The role covers commercial development, fundraising, operations, compliance, finance, risk and external representation.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management and translate the company vision into clear objectives, priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Define and execute strategic direction with the Chairman and CTO.
- Identify growth, partnership and expansion opportunities.
- Drive commercial strategy, fundraising support and investor relations.
- Align commercial goals with product development and prioritise high-value initiatives.
- Oversee operations, compliance, finance and risk.
- Establish processes, reporting and performance metrics as the business scales.
- Represent the company at industry events, media engagements and partner meetings.
- Build strategic relationships.
