Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures
- Support commercial deal structuring and negotiate agreements
- Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products
- Oversee legal entity governance, IP protection and data privacy compliance
