Chief Executive Officer responsible for the strategy, P&L, regulatory compliance, and regional expansion of a multi-asset trading operation across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and drive overall business strategy across the APAC multi-asset trading operation
- Lead and scale the organization across trading, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations functions
- Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and key regulators
- Drive expansion of IB and affiliate networks, white label partnerships, and institutional client acquisition regionally
- Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing strategy across multiple APAC jurisdictions
