Crypto.com is hiring an Associate in Digital Asset Operations for a full-time remote or onsite role in Hong Kong. The role covers digital asset integrations, asset events, partner coordination, and operational process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings.
- Oversee platform updates for token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation or offboarding.
- Act as the primary operational contact for external project teams, foundations, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Facilitate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures, and implement process improvements.
