The company is seeking a Global Head of Marketing focused on performance marketing, brand growth, and ecosystem growth in Web3. The role owns the full funnel from acquisition through retention and LTV while leading a fully distributed marketing and community team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global budget and end-to-end user acquisition strategy across X Ads, Web3 networks, and programmatic advertising.
- Drive measurable growth across products and optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.
- Build attribution dashboards using GA4 and Dune and partner with product teams on onboarding funnels and referral loops.
- Define the global brand voice and lead viral, culture-led campaigns using newsjacking and internet memes.
- Oversee co-marketing partnerships with exchanges and Web3 brands and manage influencer and KOL campaigns.
- Lead a distributed team of growth analysts, creative specialists, international expansion managers, and community moderators.
