Команда ищет Senior DevOps / Voice Infrastructure Engineer для проектирования и поддержки голосовой инфраструктуры AI Agents. Роль включает интеграцию SIP/VoIP-платформ с облачными сервисами и AI-пайплайнами, а также обеспечение надёжности, безопасности и качества голосовых сервисов.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and Kamailio for AI Agents
- Integrate voice platforms with GCP, AWS, and internal AI pipelines
- Ensure high availability and low latency of voice services through HA, load balancing, and failover
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and container orchestration in Kubernetes
- Set up call quality monitoring for MOS, jitter, and packet loss, with alerting in Grafana and Victoria Metrics
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for voice services using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Harden voice infrastructure security with SRTP, TLS, toll fraud prevention, and DoS protection
- Integrate with PSTN/SIP trunk providers, manage DID numbers and call routing
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Asterisk or FreeSWITCH
- Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, and SRTP protocols
- Experience with SIP proxies such as Kamailio or OpenSIPS
- Experience with WebRTC integrations
- Experience with trunk configuration, dialplan design, and codec negotiation
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS
