The Russian representative office of a European company is hiring a Global Project Manager in St. Petersburg. The role covers coordination of a pin connector production project across Russia, China, and Estonia, with responsibility for after-sales service to be added after 2–3 months.
Responsibilities
Lead project management and coordinate communication between company offices in Russia, China, and Estonia.
Prepare and maintain the global project roadmap and align local project plans.
Update goals, plans, and schedules based on reports from company offices.
Monitor action-plan execution, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans proactively.
Maintain contact with company executives involved in the project.
After 2–3 months, take responsibility for after-sales service and customer support, including preparing client site visits and tracking related tasks.
Terms and conditions
Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg, at a production site in the Moskovsky District.
Salary: 250,000 RUB net per month.
Voluntary medical insurance is provided after the 3-month probation period.
Office-based work during the first 2 months; a hybrid format may be available later, with 2 remote days out of 5.
