SDET / QA Automation Lead to build and scale test automation for an ITSM and ITAM solution available as SaaS and on-premise. The role is fully remote worldwide, outside Russia, with a salary starting from USD 6,000.
About the product
The product is an ITSM and ITAM solution available as both SaaS and on-premise. The engineering team has approximately 30 engineers and includes legacy components and newer .NET-based services.
Responsibilities
- Own the test automation approach and evolve it into a structured, scalable system
- Improve the reliability of existing automation, expand coverage, and introduce clear patterns and best practices
- Increase automated coverage of critical user journeys
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with the QA team and support its transition toward automation

Expected results
In the first months, the successful candidate will establish a clearer structure and direction for test automation, improve coverage of critical user flows, reduce the time and effort required for regression testing, and help QA team members develop their automation capabilities.
