- Communicate with users worldwide via live chats, emails and help centre content
- Alert the team about possible bugs or product glitches
- Gather user feedback and concise feature requests for the product team
- Investigate user problems and help the team locate and fix issues
- Detect patterns in user behaviour, analyse data and group users
- Use AI to adjust the product for user groups and set rules accordingly
