The role focuses on building a greenfield, programmable, low-latency RPC service that accelerates on-chain execution for high-demand Web3 applications. The developer will contribute to core architecture, product design, technical decisions, and development standards as an early team member.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain performant, secure, and reliable systems in Rust
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate with the project manager, developers, tester, and engineers to deliver an end-to-end blockchain solution
- Perform code reviews, identify risks, and implement best practices for security and performance
- Stay current with the latest blockchain frameworks, tools, and security standards
- Design, code, and implement Web3 applications that meet the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the projects
- Test application stability and functionality using unit testing tools
- Contribute to features including execution simulations, service usage metering and billing portal, observability, and monitoring tools
- Deliver production-grade code with robust testing and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Strong experience in Rust and systems programming, 3+ years
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, and code reviews
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in at least one other backend language, such as TypeScript or Go
- Experience building APIs and working with REST/JSON
