Fundraise Up is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO for a senior leadership role supporting a 100+ person engineering organization. The role focuses on operating rhythm, OKRs, QBRs, cross-team initiatives, and turning complex inputs into clear decisions.
Responsibilities
Build the operating rhythm of a 100+ person engineering organization.
Drive OKRs and QBRs.
Keep cross-team initiatives moving.
Turn complex and unstructured inputs into clear decisions.
Work closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and the executive team.
Conditions
