The company is hiring an experienced Head of VIP to lead the VIP department in Cyprus. The role focuses on strategies and relationships for high-value players, team leadership, KPI management, and VIP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players
- Lead and motivate a team of VIP Managers or Account Managers
- Build strong, personalized relationships with VIP players
- Set and monitor KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members
- Use data to understand player behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize performance
- Manage VIP programs, bonuses, and special events
- Manage the VIP department’s budget and resources
- Provide regular reports on VIP performance to senior management
