Bullbit is hiring a full-time remote Business Development specialist for its perpetual DEX on Base. The role focuses on Web3 partnerships, negotiations, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-driven growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with relevant Web3 projects, protocols, and communities, including DeFi protocols, trading communities, wallets, launchpads, chains, and KOL networks.
- Understand partner needs and identify collaboration opportunities such as co-marketing, integrations, liquidity support, and user acquisition.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closing, and execution follow-up.
- Develop co-branded campaigns, announcements, AMAs, and community activations that drive volume and visibility.
- Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and report on progress, bottlenecks, and outcomes.
