Plume is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Manager for the United States. The role focuses on integrated campaigns, content, social and community growth, partner marketing, and performance measurement for an RWA-focused blockchain.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, email, and community channels.
- Own the content calendar, including blog posts, threads, newsletters, and educational content about RWAfi concepts.
- Partner with Design on campaign assets, landing pages, and launch materials.
- Coordinate co-marketing with issuer and institutional partners for asset launches and integrations.
- Manage and grow Plume’s presence on X/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Track campaign performance across reach, engagement, and conversion, and iterate based on data.
- Support BD and leadership with talking points, one-pagers, and materials for conferences and press.
