NEO group is hiring an IT Project Manager in Serbia for a hybrid role. The position involves managing software development projects across the full lifecycle and coordinating distributed teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
- Align project goals with business and technology teams.
- Organize day-to-day team work, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Maintain roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, and other project documentation.
- Run syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress, identify blockers, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Improve project management processes and tools within the PMO.
