The team is looking for a full-time 2D Animator to create engaging, story-driven YouTube Shorts about psychology, human behavior, and moral or psychological dilemmas.
What You’ll Do
- Animate 15–20 videos per month, 30 seconds each
- Animate using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
- Ensure readability, pacing, and style consistency
- Be a long-term part of the team
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Adobe Animate & After Effect
- Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
- Ability to follow and maintain a given visual style
- Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented
Conditions
- Fully remote work
- Flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met
- Steady long-term workload
- Salary: $900–1,200 per month

About the Project
This is a faceless YouTube project in the format of shorts documentaries. The media company has built multiple faceless YouTube channels in France, reaching over 1 million subscribers and more than 600 million views in less than 2 years.
The team is expanding to the US market with a new YouTube Shorts channel based on 2D animated storytelling. The goal is to reach 100,000+ subscribers in the next 3–6 months. The content will focus on psychology, human behavior, and thought-provoking moral or psychological dilemmas.
