Jump Crypto is hiring an HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll, benefits, HRIS data, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance across APAC. The role is full-time and onsite in Shanghai, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end APAC payroll operations with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and process improvement.
- Support APAC benefits administration, including employee queries, enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and annual renewals.
- Manage HRIS transactions and employee data in Workday, including employee lifecycle processing and payroll data flows.
- Improve the employee lifecycle and manage contract renewals, reference checks, verification of employment issuance, and support for Shanghai Hukou applications.
- Conduct HR data audits, maintain physical personnel files, respond to HR inquiries, and validate Workday data.
- Update regional employee handbooks on Confluence.
- Research and ensure compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
