Customertimes is looking for a Junior QA Engineer to test and support Power BI reports and dashboards. The role focuses on validating data, calculations, KPIs, business logic, and report functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Verify calculations, KPIs, and business logic.
- Reconcile report data with source systems such as CRM, Excel, and databases.
- Test data refresh processes, filters, slicers, drill-down, and drill-through functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with Power BI developers and analysts.
- Prepare test cases, checklists, and concise test documentation.

- Experience with Power BI at user level or through basic hands-on work.
