TaxDome is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and operate production-grade AI systems, automations, and internal tools. The role is remote-first and open to candidates across the EU, with a preference for CET ±3 hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and tooling decisions and document trade-offs
- Build and operate production Python services with RAG
- Design and tune RAG pipelines and evaluate retrieval quality
- Design and maintain MCP servers connecting tools to LLMs
- Configure and maintain AI agents with multi-step workflows
- Build n8n automations
- Optimize prompt chains and set up systematic evaluation
- Reduce AI workload costs through caching, latency profiling, and model selection
- Use AI coding agents as the primary development tool
Conditions
The role is remote-first and available across the EU. CET ±3 hours is preferred.
