Casper is hiring a remote full-time Community Manager to manage and moderate its Telegram and Discord communities, support users, and relay community feedback to the core team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
- Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
- Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
- Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
- Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
- Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, or FAQ posts
- Collaborate with marketing for announcements and campaigns
- Help foster local language communities if applicable
