If I was unable to complete tasks in the current sprint, I usually did the following:

• Assessed how critical the delay was and which tasks required priority completion.
• Informed the team and the manager about the situation, explaining the reasons for the delay.
• Proposed solutions: redistribution of tasks, help from colleagues, or moving some tasks to the next sprint.
• Tried to improve planning and time estimation for future sprints to minimize such situations.

This approach helps maintain transparency within the team and respond promptly to changes during work.
