Paradigm is hiring a full-time onsite Product Engineer (Applied AI) in San Francisco. The role focuses on building AI agents, user-facing agent experiences, extensibility systems, and open-source tooling for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered products and agents for internal teams including I&R, Events, and BizOps.
- Build user-facing agent experiences, primarily through a Slack interface.
- Own tools, workflows, skills, and overlays that let teams extend Centaur without forking it.
- Expand support for different agent CLIs while maintaining a consistent execution model.
- Steward the MIT-licensed open-source project by triaging issues and pull requests, writing documentation and examples, and shaping guides.
Conditions

- Compensation of USD 250,000–400,000 per year.
