What you’ll do
- Manage projects that directly impact loan disbursements, approvals, risk, and customer retention.
- Coordinate Development, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Set tasks, monitor deadlines, and drive projects through to completion.
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Prepare reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvement plans.
- Optimize processes and support product growth.
