What you'll do
- Design and build services and subsystems end-to-end
- Make architectural decisions covering patterns, contracts, and performance optimization
- Mentor middle developers
- Own code quality through reviews and technical strategy
- Work with observability and monitoring stack
- Coordinate across domain teams on cross-cutting concerns
