We are hiring an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join the Internal IT team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role is onsite and offers a salary of up to €3,500 net.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support via Jira Service Management
- Support laptops, mobile devices, VPN, printers, meeting-room and office equipment
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, DNS and basic network issues
- Administer Google Workspace, user accounts, licences and access
- Support onboarding, offboarding and role changes
- Manage IT assets and coordinate equipment purchases
- Work with local IT vendors and service providers
- Escalate complex issues and improve support processes
