Re7 Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to manage regulatory, commercial, governance, privacy and legal structuring matters for its crypto-asset investment business. The role is remote-first, ideally for candidates located within three hours of GMT/BST, with UK visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures
- Support and challenge commercial deal structuring and negotiation
- Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products
- Handle legal entity governance, new structures and intellectual property protection
- Ensure data privacy compliance
