When I joined the team, the application was in active development stage, after the initial prototype but before the release of the first stable version. The main features were implemented, but interface improvements, performance optimization, and bug fixes were needed.

During this period, the team was engaged in:

• Adding new features and improving UX/UI.
• Refactoring code for quality and support.
• Integrating with external services.
• Conducting testing and preparing for release.

My task was to accelerate development, improve stability, and assist with implementing new features.
